Function of the PCCE control in manual mode:
- Switching on and off individual units, e.g. valves, is possible by simple tapping on the corresponding icon.
- The input of setpoint values can be done by tapping a group, e.g. the generator.
- It displays a dialog context in which the setpoints on the touch screen can be changed with virtual +/- buttons.
Function of the PCCE control in automatic mode:
- Places for the programming of 50 programs are available.
- Te programming will be done directly on the touch screen. An external proramming device or PC is not needed.
- A program name can be assigned to each program.
- Captured datas can be exported in tsv-format. In Excel a direct reading of the exported datas is possible.
- The time course of relevant process parameters will be shown in the curve diagram.
- The current process step and the process time expired will be shown in the main picture.
- The alarms will be shown via blinking LED and alarm list for easy fault diagnosis.
- Multi linguage (german/english), other languages on request.
- With the integrated Ethernet network connection datas can be exported directly.
- With a existing USB connection, which stores programs, alarms, process values etc. the datas can be used on USB sticks.
- The control has no moving parts, this means no hard drive and no fan and therefore it is free of maintenance.
- The boot time of the device is very short.
